    I have using icici bank credit card ending with 2001 for more than 2 years and paid all bills on time but last year I have facing lots of crises with me firstly lockdown has happened in that time period I have lost my job and after that I have hospitalized due to an accident for more than 6 months in that time period I am not in a condition for paying the bill ..

    But after discharge from hospital I have checked my Card details and I have receiving a call from your executive Mr Raj ..

    And as per conversation with Mr Raj I have shared all my concern that I have facing lots of crises firstly lockdown has happened in that time period I have lost my job and after that I have hospitalized for more than 6 months ..

    After that they have discussed my issue with their senior manager Mr Niladri dubey and as per long lasting they told me sir If you have done the full payment in one time I have reversed the charges for 80 to 90% for the last 6 months when you have hospitalized because you haven’t used this card from last 6 to 8 month’s..

    And as per Mr Raj trust and bank good goodwill gesture I have done my full payment for Rs 70000..

    My Card credit limit is for Rs 50000 and my Card total outstanding is Rs 70000 so that I have done my full payment on 1 jan 2021 and shared screen shot to everyone ..

    After that Mr Raj told me sir your payment is received and after that they send me the email id and contact no of Mr Niladri dubey and told me kindly send the e mail to my senior manager for charges reversal waiver as per commitment given by me and my senior manager Mr Niladri dubey..

    After that I have continuously follow up this issue with every one but till date my issue still not resolve ..

    So I request you as per my good goodwill gesture and the commitment given by your executive Mr Raj as per their trust and bank good goodwill gesture kindly reverse the rest charges ..

    I have checked that bank has charged penalties for approx 26320 and I have received charges reversal waiver only for Rs 9876 .. so that I have again esclating this issue to everyone but still my issue not resolve and continuously follow up with every one ..

    It’s my humble request kindly reverse the rest charges as per my goodwill gesture and my payment pattern I am facing lots of crises last year ..

    Kindly resolve my issue on priority basis and fulfill the commitment given by your executive Mr Raj and Mr Niladri dubey..

    I have already shared all details in previous emails with month wise where bank has charged penalties so it’s my humble request kindly resolve my issue on priority basis..
