  1. Worst customer service of all time. Today I have spent 45 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone to schedule a repair problem as my cable wasn’t buried correctly and was cut by a falling branch.
    While on hold listening to the same junk sales pitches I was also trying to have an online “chat” to also have this same communication. This chat has been going on for over an hour as no one responds for 20-25 minutes then when you send the next response no one is there and it’s another 25 minutes and I’ve gotten nowhere. I’d like to take a large shovel and trash this setup. Is this how you treat any customer? I’m always polite and pay my bills on time.
    Why should I have to deal with this lack of customer service. I’ll never get a response to this complaint and they probably don’t care.
